Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in managing software projects
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Monday)
- Experience with project’s documentation (PDCA, RACI, PMI)
- Lean/Agile Methodologies Knowledge
- IT Bacharel Degree
- Desirable PSM certification
- Desirable knowledge of the banking industry
- Desirable knowledge of payment methods (FedNow)
What the job involves
- The PMO team is responsible for managing internal and external complex IT projects
- We are growing fast and need collaborative people to help us execute more projects with diligence and great results
- Plan, execute, monitor, report and complete complex and multiple projects
- Coordinate multifunctional teams, making sure the communication is fluid and efficient
- Risk Management, building with the team contingency plans when necessary
- Follow and control project management using agile methodologies
- Implement the required changes throughout the process
- Ensure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project
- Provide a cyclical cadence for project portfolio reviews that consider current priorities and correct use of human capital when making necessary tradeoffs
