  • Strong experience driving messaging and consistency across the organization while adjusting to the different tone across channels (marketing ) and teams (customer service to product)

What the job involves

  • Deliver both strategic direction and executional excellence in defining and executing Preply's tone of voice and consistency across touch points points in the consumer journey - from the moment they see us on an ad to the moment they use our platform
  • Explore, plan and execute different storytelling ideas and formats - from CTAs, homepage headers to how a bot can sound like Preply
  • Raise the bar in terms of how we sound and adjust to channels, product and personas through our messaging
  • Drive creative sessions with brand, content design and broader marketing teams in terms of optimization of messaging
  • Think global and take a localized approach to storytelling inspiring the teams to think of the customer and tone of voice when creating content
  • Work closely with all designers (brand and product), copywriters (marketing and product) to create a unified Tone of voice across the user experience
  • Become the brand ambassador in the company of our guidelines and what the brand stands for from slack channels, engaging ways to live the brand’s tone of voice in the company
  • Deepen understanding of personas and constantly advocate for our users
