Who you are

  • We are in search of a Mid-Market Account Executive who has a proven track record of building strong pipelines and rapidly closing business
  • Our ideal candidates have experience hunting for prospective customers, creating outreach strategies, and identifying the highest ROI opportunities to exceed your quarterly targets.
  • We also look for candidates who are self-directed, apply a consultative approach, and excel in setting and surpassing customer expectations
  • Our Mid-Market AE’s understand the demands of an early stage company and works with the team in a collaborative, problem solving manner
  • AE’s that thrive at Gladly have strong execution skills, are strategic, and have a strong passion for customer success
  • Experience selling cloud based SaaS products from C-level to individual and team stakeholders
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to provide a demo and help prospects to understand our product value and differentiators
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and comfort in fast-paced sales environment
  • Direct sales experience with SaaS solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with collaborative personal style
  • An entrepreneurial mindset; startup experience highly preferred
  • Integrity and ethics are critical
  • Inquisitive, thorough problem solver
  • Highly motivated, smart risk taker
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer requirements

What the job involves

  • In this role, you’ll dedicate 75% of your time to outbounding efforts
  • Prospect, develop, and close new customers
  • Achieve and exceed prospecting, business development, and sales goals
  • Owning your success and book of business
  • Driving revenue in a team selling environment with partners, BDR’s, and marketing
  • Present our value proposition to executive level prospects
  • Uncover and convert prospects to clients through cold calling, managing pre-qualified opportunities, conducting discovery, and building relationships
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Sales Development organizations to expand pipeline and increase sales velocity

It helps companies cater to the upward trend in personalized service in a simple and effective manner, and has received a boost recently through its certified app partnership with Shopify. Via this partnernship, Shopify merchants can integrate with Gladly’s platform, enabling them to offer personalised customer service.

With Gladly, customers are at the center and brands can communicate with their customers seamlessly across any channel from voice, email, messaging, chat, and social media.

The rise in e-commerce has meant demand for services like Gladly is growing. Gladly has focused on adding a suite of new features to its platform, like payment capabilities.
