  • This highly specialized role requires a proven track record of deep expertise in enterprise IT transformation, developing strategies for transforming organizations, and extensive knowledge of ERP, data centres, and enterprise IT
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience and expertise in enterprise IT transformation, strategy development for transforming organizations, ERP, data centres exist strategies, and enterprise IT to drive AWS adoption through System Integrator partnerships
  • Proven sales and partnership experience directly owning and managing the business relationship with System Integrators in enterprise IT transformation in the UKI market, including demonstrated advanced knowledge and skills in building strategic enterprise IT partner enablement plans across territory or managed partners
  • Successful track record of selling complex IT solutions to private and public sector organizations
  • Exceptional communication skills, with solid experience enabling seamless interactions with diverse customers, partners, and stakeholders across various disciplines, skilfully influencing decision-makers at the Director and VP levels, delivering concise and impactful documents and presentations to VP-level audiences, showcasing strong communication and facilitation skills, demonstrating a well-respected perspective and organizational influence, driven by a solid understanding of business dynamics

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to drive revenue growth and adoption of AWS services through strategic partnerships with System Integrators
  • AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector
  • The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services
  • Join AWS and contribute to the next paradigm in computing by leveraging your deep expertise in enterprise IT transformation, strategic partnerships with System Integrators, and sales to drive customer success
  • Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, developing, enabling, and delivering growth of a select number of system integrator partners, owning and executing joint go-to-market strategies, sales initiatives, managing partner program status, providing sales support, identifying cross-selling/upselling opportunities, driving overall partner expansion aligned with AWS, and exceeding established quotas and key performance metrics
  • Leverage comprehensive experience and deep expertise in enterprise IT transformation, strategy development, ERP, data centre exit strategies, and enterprise IT to drive AWS adoption through System Integrator partnerships, serving as a trusted strategic advisor to customers and internal sales teams, providing expert guidance on partner engagement strategies and recommending suitable System Integrators to address complex customer requirements effectively
  • Advocate for customers, conveying partner-related feedback to relevant AWS teams to enhance partner-related processes and services, ensuring alignment with the unique needs of System Integrator partnerships
  • Own and drive complex IT transformations with partners, bringing AWS best practices, lead deal execution with System Integrators, utilizing available partner programs and coaching partners on industry best practices to maximize success in delivering AWS solutions
  • Work in partnership with System Integrator sales and leadership, accelerating existing opportunities and identifying new business development growth avenues for AWS services, effectively managing deals pipeline and involvement in driving specific opportunities
  • Delivers concise and impactful presentations to VP-level audiences, showcasing strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrates a well-respected perspective and organizational influence, driven by a solid understanding of business dynamics
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required up to 40% per month
