• Encode's Graduate Scheme is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure, experience, and foundational training within the dynamic world of a startup
• Encode Club is an Emerging Tech developer education company. Our Graduate Scheme is designed for you to join the team, learn about startups and Encode, and then specialise as a Manager in a department that suits you best
• Since launching this programme in 2022, we have had 15 graduates go through the scheme. We've honed our ability to spot potential, nurture early career growth, and train people quickly through on-the-job learning and early responsibility. This role is ideal for recent or upcoming graduates with little or no formal work experience who are keen to work in startups, believe in Encode’s mission, but aren't certain what they want to specialise in at this stage
• Our Graduate Scheme is a 6-month programme that immerses you in the demands, experiences, and aspects of startup life, specifically Encode’s version of startup life. Generally, we aim to provide 2 or 3 different departmental experiences. Departments include Operations in general, Programme Management, Marketing, and Business Development. We constantly adapt the programme based on your interests and strengths, ensuring real responsibility and involvement
• Upon completion, successful graduates will be offered a full-time role with Encode in a managerial position with a guaranteed salary increase. We work in our London office three days a week

• This process takes 2-3 weeks approximately
• ⚡️ 30-minute first interview with a member of the leadership team

• 🐝 30-minute 3rd interview with a member of the leadership team
• 🪐 2-hour take home research case-study
• 💃 Final 1-hour in-person interview in-person (expenses covered)
