What the job involves

  • As a R&D Contract Recruiter, you will source, attract and hire the very best talent across our Engineering and Product Management teams!
  • Consistently build compelling messages to attract top passive talent with continued coaching from leadership
  • Actively engages your professional network and internal colleagues for sourcing top talent
  • Consistently uses a number of tools to map talent communities and track talent trends
  • Consistently executes 20+ interviews per week with quality candidates
  • Run RPS with excellence, while proactively pursuing opportunities to improve
  • Regularly seeks feedback and learning opportunities from leadership and senior peers, rapidly adapts, noting progress to the provider
  • Function as a thought partner to hiring leaders for efficient, effective full cycle Recruitment of targeted talent communities
  • Demonstrate understanding of internal org structure and related dependencies
  • Seek to understand cross-functional dynamics and dependencies
  • Operate tools and systems with consistency and high data integrity

Abnormal Security is a startup aimed at handling these hyper-targeted and personalized email attacks by analyzing communications and identifying potential fraud before it can take place.

The fraud detection space is extremely competitive but Abnormal Security differentiates itself through its focus on the threat of impersonation rather than a spectrum of threats. This has allowed it to amass a wealth of data relating specifically to high-risk impersonation attacks, analyzing over 45,000 signals to detect any anomalies.

Its specialized approach has fueled rapid growth, leading to a $4B valuation after a Serice C Funding round. Now, Abnormal plans to double down on product development and expand internationally, prioritizing markets where data security laws necessitate a local presence.
