- 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
- Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of best practices for software development, including testing, code documentation, and version control
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Work with our growing engineering team to develop essential projects, including building new features and tools that enable some of the world's largest companies to create investment strategies
- Create scalable and reusable product architectures
- Collaborate with DevOps, UX, Data, and Product teams to integrate modern, enterprise-grade technologies like Serverless, LLMs/RAGs, Kubernetes, etc
- Maintain existing product repositories and reduce technical debt
- Write comprehensive and robust tests (including unit and integration tests)
