What the job involves

  • You'll work within Balance Sheet Management (BSM) function in CSG leading and contributing to the delivery and implementation of CSG’s analytics objectives
  • This includes shaping, developing, driving and embedding analytical tools and providing insights to coverage and product areas as well as into specialist functions in Risk, Finance and/or Treasury (where appropriate)
  • Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) Balance Sheet Strategy: Develop meaningful insights to drive and shape the direction of our CIB Balance Sheet
  • Leadership Role: Exhibit strong leadership skills by taking the helm in various initiatives and projects. Ensure that the workload aligns seamlessly with our broader strategic initiatives
  • Team Development Oversight: Provide guidance and constructive support to foster continual team development. Act as a sounding board for ideas and strategies. Ensure the team remains at the forefront of technological developments, ensuring integration into our workflow where appropriate and bring awareness to wider team
  • Partner Engagement: Build strong relationships with key partners through effective collaboration. Ensure the development of tools and identification of opportunities align with needs and remain relevant and fit for purpose. Roll out of tools to partners through workshops and presentations
