What the job involves

  • The Mastercard Commercial Solutions team in Dublin have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Software Development to help further grow our organization by establishing key new teams to enhance and modernize our Commercial business-to-business (B2B) digital payments services
  • This position will be key to growing a global B2B technology platform, operating at-scale, requiring focus on performance, security, and reliability
  • Lead a team of Architects and Technical Managers managing multiple delivery technology teams
  • Interact with technical leaders, product, and operations partners to define strategic platform and product direction
  • Drive positive change within systems/process to optimally deliver on commitments
  • Drive your team’s growth, capability and performance through coaching, mentoring, performance feedback and career development
  • Track and communicate status/progress to customers and senior management
