Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a startup or tech environment
  • Familiarity with automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot (preferred), Salesforce)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to experiment with and adapt messaging based on data and feedback
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Experience or familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies is a plus

What the job involves

  • Utilize Automation Tools: Leverage automation to reach out to potential clients, manage follow-ups, and maintain relationships
  • Book of Business Management: Nurture and manage a portfolio of startup and midmarket accounts to drive sales growth
  • Messaging Experimentation: Experiment with different messaging strategies to determine what resonates with various personas
  • Inbound Qualification: Manage the qualification and nurturing of inbound leads to ensure they are ready for the sales team
  • Pipeline Generation: Manage the qualification and nurturing of prospects who meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to build pipeline for the sales team
  • Customer Profiling and Feedback: Help shape our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and gather feedback to inform product development
  • Collaboration with Growth Marketing: Partner with the Growth Marketing team to align on strategies and optimize outreach efforts
  • Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth): Understand and leverage PLG strategies to drive user adoption and growth

Our take

In many cases, documents may have too few keywords, or queries might be too large for the usual full-text search to provide the desired result. In such cases, the search either finds no intersections or returns a lot of irrelevant results. Qdrant is setting out to solve this problem with a neural network-based semantic search which can be used stand-alone or in conjunction with traditional search.

Qdrant utilizes applied AI and metric learning to provide users with an open-source neural search engine. This engine has proven popular with businesses looking to turn their unstructured data into an asset. The possible applications of this technology greatly vary, from product recommendations in e-commerce to image recognition and analysis of anomalies.
