Who you are

  • Minimum 1 year of business development or sales experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools or similar applications a plus

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) that can support our revenue operations function
  • The ideal individual will be looking to become a full cycle salesperson by starting out in a business development role
  • This individual will be a key member of the company's sales team who identifies potential customers, builds relationships, and sets up meetings
  • This position is the first point of contact with potential customers, and they play an important role in the sales process
  • In this role, you will make cold calls and send emails to a list of existing and prospective clients
  • You will also participate in social selling and networking
  • You will closely work with sales, marketing, and lead generation specialists
  • Performs high-level discovery outbound calls
  • Conducts deep market research to identify key players
  • Facilitates email campaigns
  • Schedules appointments for sales
  • Utilizes sales tools to give detailed information to prospective clients
  • Assists in managing our customer database within our CRM
  • Coordinates with the appropriate sales rep for qualified business opportunities
  • Ensures alignment with overall sales strategies
  • Works extensively in our HubSpot CRM tool
