Role

Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of product management experience building and delivering successful products in a SaaS environment
  • Ideally 6-12 months experience in Technical Product Management
  • Experience working with engineering and design to deliver both platform services and end-user experiences
  • Strong understanding of the environmental context of User and Company management to drive a strong partnership with other teams such as Accounts, Entitlements and Security
  • Passion for customers and seeking a deep understanding of end-user problems as well as competitive and market trends in the Product Management space
  • Strong product management skills, including analytics, structured requirements and documentation, and able to think in platform architecture terms

What the job involves

  • The Senior Product Manager will create world-class experiences that enable all construction stakeholders to collaborate on a single global platform
  • As a member of our User Identity Access Management team, you’ll be part of how we manage users, company accounts, and the network of connected companies collaborating on construction projects
  • You’ll help define the future of our next-generation Services and Experiences that power the Procore platform, ecosystem, and industry
  • Specifically focusing on the Directory; the center of User and Company management and collaboration
  • Gather requirements, conduct business analysis and prioritize requirements for the current and future opportunities for User and Company management within Procore and our product portfolio
  • Use your technical product knowledge to drive the implementation of complex use-cases by articulating how our solution meets the needs of our customers and partners
  • Work closely with customers and Procore support to drive adoption of new features and modified workflows through a full product lifecycle including beta, GA, and EOL
  • Partner with UX to strategize how Directory features can deliver high-quality user experiences
  • Understand, communicate and influence the role Directory has in the successful expansion in the international construction market
  • Leveraging current technology and market trends to meet the needs of Procore’s customers, the platform, and the ecosystem
  • Maintain a high degree of visibility into ongoing product opportunities while collaborating closely with customers and go-to-market teams
  • Work with others in the UIAM team to influence cross-functional teams with accountability for world-class performance and quality, balanced with value-added iterative delivery
  • This position will report to the Director of Product Management - UIAM and is located at our Austin, TX office
