What the job involves

  • The Revenue Operations Associate will help our Sales and Customer success teams bring MagicSchool to as many schools as possible by providing administrative support to our teams, managing core processes, and using and maintaining critical software systems
  • Support our sales and customer success teams, assisting in all operational aspects to drive sales productivity and efficiency
  • Process and manage sales contracts meticulously, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Maintain and optimize our Salesforce system, ensuring it accurately reflects sales activities and pipelines
  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives to understand their needs, providing timely and effective solutions to operational challenges
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to aid in strategic decision-making
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and strategies to support a rapidly scaling sales organization
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing and customer success, to align sales operations with broader company objectives
