Who you are

  • 10+ years of Revenue Operations experience and 5+ years of management experience
  • Experience working across a GTM organization, which includes scaling RevOps teams
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across GTM as well as Business Technology, Data, Deal Desk, EPD, and Strategic Finance
  • Team player who is able to operate at an executive level and also roll up their sleeves and working with their team/stakeholders on day to day operations
  • Strong self-starter who operates with proactively, high attention to detail, and strong communication skills

What the job involves

  • As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role you will be responsible for leading our Revenue Operations (Customer Success, Sales, Support, Marketing and GTM Enablement) team
  • You will work closely with the CRO’s direct reports (GTM Leadership Team) and cross functional partners (including Business Technology, Data, Deal Desk, EPD, & Strategic Finance) to help grow & scale the GTM organization
  • We are looking for an individual who is ready to roll up their sleeves, build on our foundation, and help us scale as our business enters its next stage
  • You will build a world class Revenue Operations organization
  • You will build, optimize and analyze the internal infrastructure for revenue generation
  • You will surface key analysis and insights to the CRO, GTM Leadership Team, and cross functional leaders on the status of the GTM business
  • You will develop operational excellence and strong stakeholder management by streamlining the team’s process for intaking & prioritizing requests, iterating on its roadmapping & planning process, and creating visibility on projects & initiatives
  • You will be the point of contact in GTM for its technology stack - this includes partnering with BizTech & Data on all technology milestones for GTM tools (ex: evaluation, preparation, rollout, enablement, and prioritizing new requests) as well as identify areas of optimization
  • You will partner closely with GTM leadership on the enablement strategy for our GTM team, this includes how we onboard sellers as well as partner with Marketing on enablement for product updates & releases
  • You will will own the weekly sales forecast of the GTM business as well as partner closely with Finance on the GTM planning processes (ex: fiscal half, fiscal year, and long range)

In spite of economic uncertainty, Notion reached a $2 billion valuation in 2020, helped by record signups as more people were forced to work from home. Its value has since risen to over 5 times this value, an impressive reflection of its success.

The company has made a number of strategic acquisitions that, coupled with its enormous market value and enviable customer list, have Notion well-placed to continue dominating the market. That being said, the launch of Microsoft-built competitor Loop at the end of 2023 will put Notion's market dominance to the test.
