What the job involves

  • In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead our marketing strategies, aligning them seamlessly with sales objectives to propel business success
  • As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you'll be the cornerstone of our Go-to-market department, leveraging your expertise in analysis, trend forecasting, and strategic planning to ignite innovative marketing initiatives and foster robust collaboration with our Sales team
  • Strategic Marketing Planning: You'll lead data-driven strategies within our Go-to-market framework, ensuring they resonate with our sales targets and organizational objectives
  • Marketing Campaign Analysis: You're responsible for assessing campaign performance, optimizing for maximum ROI across various channels and regions
  • Customer Segmentation and Personalization: You will execute advanced segmentation and collaborate with the GTM team for targeted marketing, boosting lead conversion and retention
  • Trend Identification and Forecasting: Your role involves analyzing market trends, predicting future shifts, and offering competitive insights
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: You will mentor analysts and ensure cross-departmental cohesion, particularly with Sales and CX teams
  • Report Generation and Presentation: You're tasked with creating and presenting reports that drive continuous improvement
  • Budget Management: You oversee marketing KPI adjustments within our bi-annual budget review, ensuring alignment with financial and marketing goals
