Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or business intelligence role
  • Strong proficiency in analytical tools and SQL
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (we use Mode Analytics)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, CRM (e.g., Braze), marketing media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads), and associated APIs
  • Experience with marketing attribution, retention modeling, cohort analysis
  • Top-notch communication skills—you can make complicated data stuff sound simple and engaging
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • At Kyte, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Analytics Lead to own all marketing data & analytics for our rapidly growing business
  • We need someone who excels across multiple areas, including data engineering, business intelligence and marketing analytics, to supercharge our growth strategy and enable our team
  • Be the architect for our marketing and broader business data
  • Build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines that keep our marketing data flowing smoothly and accessibly
  • Collaborate closely with internal Engineering teams and external vendors to ensure we've got all the data we need, accurate and ready to go
  • Develop and optimize business reporting and visualizations that drive marketing decisions and business performance
  • Dive deep into data analysis, providing insights on conversion rates, marketing campaign performance, retention, customer segmentation, and other crucial topics
  • Collaborate with other growth team members to define their data and analytics needs and turn them into clear, actionable insights that enhance our marketing engine
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation to drive conversion rate and marketing performance optimization
