What the job involves

  • You will significantly impact business growth by strategically positioning our products with Partners and optimizing key Enterprise customer and prospect engagement globally
  • Your deep understanding of our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) will drive the creation of compelling go-to-market materials and impactful customer interactions
  • By fostering strong relationships with key partners and leveraging customer insights, you will help expand commercial opportunities and refine our marketing strategies, ultimately strengthening our market position and ensuring customer success
  • Reporting to the Director of Growth & Product Marketing, you will also be an essential part of our broader campaign and creative team alongside our automation and product specialists
  • ICP Expert:
  • Foster a deep knowledge of our ICPs and bringing them to life around the business with clear indicators and examples
  • Compliance (Retail Exchanges, Payment Services, Banking & Liquidity Providers) and Government (LEA & Regulators)
  • Understand and adopt the buyer journey from problem to solution and product
  • Develop customer journey mapping to understand the most common purchase bundles, touchpoints and experiences for up-sell opportunities
  • Product Positioning:
  • Collaborate with Leadership, Product, Sales, Solutions Consultants, Intelligence and the Government team to collate differentiation for Elliptic’s product suite
  • Apply differentiations for our ICPs to land positioning across all materials and touchpoints
  • Support Account Management, Customer Success and Sales to engage key accounts on complex product positioning
  • Develop GTM material framework to ensure Product is at the heart of our pitches and customer conversations
  • Partnerships:
  • Support reseller and referral partnerships to ensure their sales teams understand our product USPs and market positioning
  • Proactively engage and explore new commercial opportunities with partners to generate incremental revenue
  • Execute and measure the success of high-performing co-marketing campaigns, content, virtual and in-person events with partners’ marketing teams
  • Customers:
  • Participate, capture and build on the success of our Customer Advisory Board (CAB)
  • Evaluate the onboarding of our high value customers with AMCS to build white glove marketing materials to reduce churn through increased adoption

A key issue with most cryptocurrencies is that their nature means they can be used by criminals for illicit activities, such as money laundering. Elliptic’s focus is on tackling financial compliance, and it has developed machine learning tech that screens transactions to identify suspicious patterns and dubious transactors. It offers an integrated suite of products for financial institutions to screen crypto-flows, which it analyses for links to illicit activity such as money laundering, terrorist financing and other financial crimes.

Elliptic’s dataset has been developed since 2014 and includes over 20 billion data points and covers 148 assets, representing 98% of the global trading volume. Two-thirds of global crypto volumes are transacted on exchanges that use Elliptic’s products, highlighting the company's leadership position in the market.

It works with firms like Coinbase on their internal anti-money laundering compliance, and with other big-name clients such as Santander, Revolut, Genesis, and Stellar. Elliptic is currently working with several undisclosed leading research and trading desks to develop its product to maintain its strong position.
