Product Designer, wawa fertility

• You have ample experience delivering great design at consumer-focused and/or b2b focused product companies
• You have a user-centric design mentality, and can think holistically about the customer journey
• You’re motivated by solving problems, and are constantly honing the experience through discovery, data, feedback, and testing
• You’re as comfortable getting stuck into user research and feedback as you are producing user flows and UI design
• You know when to reach for high fidelity vs low fidelity tools to get your point across effectively

Desirable

• We are growing our Product Design team from 1 to 2, and we’re looking to add more soon. This role will help us tackle complex product and design challenges to support both our clinics and our end users - patients going through a daily struggle in fertility treatment
• You'll have ownership over multiple projects, working in squads with engineers, and also with Lloyd (Product) and Cecilie (Founder and CEO) to translate our vision into impact
• You’ll identify and execute upon opportunities to improve the product for our clinics (this includes everything from user research to prototyping and high-fidelity UI design)
• You’ll collaborate across the business to help shape the future of fertility treatment management, making an impact on the lives of people struggling to to conceive
• You’ll design impactful and intuitive experiences for a variety of design challenges across our clinic platform and patient app, and help influence our design principles
