Who you are

  • We’re looking for a senior, individual contributor that can own both strategy and execution
  • 8-10 years of experience as a field/revenue marketing lead in a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of regional campaign management and measurement
  • Experience managing Account Based Marketing programs
  • Outstanding skills in project management and prioritization
  • The ability to design and manage a diverse set of marketing tactics (including executive events and briefings) in-field and remote

What the job involves

  • We are a highly cross functional team that works with teams in growth, sales, and customer success to acquire and expand Enterprise customers, supplementing product-led growth with B2B marketing tactics
  • In this role, you’ll join Miro’s Revenue Marketing team as a Strategic field marketing hire for the AMER region
  • You will partner closely with sales, acting as a strategic business partner to our sales leadership team
  • You will bring localized marketing programs to market that build and accelerate the Enterprise pipeline
  • This is a rare opportunity to work cross-functionally and collaborate with all go-to-market teams to build and execute a key component of Miro’s global strategy
  • Contribute to Miro’s ABM marketing strategy and planning for AMER
  • Partner with sales and various cross functional teams to deliver a diverse portfolio of marketing programs across the sales cycle, with a focus on pipeline generation and maturation
  • Drive expansion opportunities of high value customers through highly targeted ABM efforts and events
  • Increase market awareness and generate new business opportunities with and through our partners and field events
  • Amplify customer insights through case studies, customer advisory boards, and sourcing for PR

Our take

Millions of employees worldwide have moved to remote working, but existing tools are holding back the potential for collaboration. Tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams already provide remote communication platforms to millions of users, but they generally compromise on features required to emulate the team collaboration experience.

Miro has created a platform that provides enterprise tools such as collaborative whiteboards and mind-map software into an accessible and integrated service. As opposed to providing an 'all-in-one' add on, Miro allows businesses to customize and integrate the tools and resources within their individual platform to cater to the team's specific requirements.

Miro’s initial strategy of offering free and discounted subscriptions and then moving to paid models has paid off. The platform currently has over 35 million users and is trusted by enterprises such as VMware, Zendesk and Frog. As part of its ongoing battle with Zoom, Miro acquired video-chat startup Around in 2022, to remain competitive in the market.
