Strategy and Operations Manager, Vial

• 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Operations and/or Strategy and/or Analytics
• Experience in Consulting, Investment Banking + Startup S&O/BizOps roles preferred
• Problem solving and analytical skills, including proficiency in and expertise in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets/sheets)
• Combine business context and analytics to take on a problem area and implement a customized solution
• Entrepreneurial mindset, experience in startup environment preferred a plus
• Deeply analytical, systems thinker, focused on finding scalable solutions

• In this role, you will manage multiple projects at Vial, including helping to set and execute firm level strategy
• You will engage closely with the executive team and have significant autonomy in leading Strategy and Operations projects
• You will report directly to the General Manager of Therapeutic Operations
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans
• Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure successful execution of clinical trials
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of best practices and operational policies
