Role

Who you are

  • ・2+ years of experience as a Product Data Analyst or similar role
  • ・Experience in SaaS or subscription-based products
  • ・Strong skills in SQL & Python (or similar languages)
  • ・Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • ・Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) & data storage (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
  • ・Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (Airflow, dbt, Apache Kafka)
  • ・Solid understanding of data modeling & database design
  • ・Problem-solving mindset & strong communication skills

Desirable

  • ・Experience in Data Engineering
  • ・Familiarity with Strapi CMS or other Headless CMS platforms

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help turn data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across our company
  • While working primarily with the Product team, you'll also collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to build dashboards, define key success metrics, and promote a data-driven culture
  • You could also help optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for better scalability
  • Analyze data to uncover insights that guide company decisions
  • Create dashboards & reports for stakeholders (Product, Growth, RevOps)
  • Identify trends & patterns to find opportunities for growth
  • Work with teams across Product, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver data solutions
  • Promote a data-driven mindset within the company
  • (Optional - If you have Data Engineering experience)
  • ・Build & maintain ETL/ELT pipelines
  • ・Ensure data accuracy & consistency across platforms
  • ・Collaborate with engineers on scalable data solutions

Our take
