Who you are

  • Experience working in employee engagement, recognition, or a similar role within the People space
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful engagement and recognition programs
  • Solid understanding of engagement best practices, trends, and tools (e.g. eNPS)
  • Strong analytical skills and able to tell stories using data
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels
  • Good project management skills with the ability to see programs through to completion

  • We're seeking a passionate and innovative Employee Engagement and Recognition Manager to help us cultivate our workplace culture
  • The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing programs that enhance employee engagement, boost morale, and celebrate achievements, ultimately contributing to increased productivity, community and sense of belonging
  • Engagement Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employee engagement strategy aligned with company values and goals
  • Identify and address factors impacting employee morale, satisfaction, and motivation
  • Design and execute initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture
  • Recognition Programs:
  • Build and lead employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements and milestones
  • Develop innovative and relevant recognition initiatives that resonate with a global and diverse employee base
  • Ensure recognition programs are fair, clear, and aligned with company values
  • Communication and Feedback:
  • Establish effective communication channels to capture employee feedback and insights
  • Conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings to gauge employee sentiment
  • Analyze feedback data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth
  • Events and Activities:
  • Plan and coordinate engaging events and activities that promote team building, collaboration, and camaraderie
  • Facilitate employee resource groups and social clubs that cater to diverse interests and passions
  • Create opportunities for Checkout.com colleagues to connect with leadership and share ideas for improvement
  • Measurement and Evaluation:
  • Develop and supervise key metrics to measure the effectiveness of engagement and recognition initiatives
  • Analyze data to identify trends, assess program impact, and inform future strategies
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on employee engagement and recognition efforts
