Who you are

  • 7+ years of experience in customer experience martech B2B SaaS product marketing and go-to-market (GTM) strategies (prior direct experience is required for this senior role)
  • Experience in business consulting, product management, or marketing is a plus but not necessary
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into benefits for a wide audience
  • Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills with stakeholders

What the job involves

  • The Head of Product Marketing at Talon.One will lead the development and execution of our product marketing strategy
  • This role will collaborate with the go-to-market team to drive initiatives that enhance product positioning, pricing, packaging, and competitive differentiation
  • Additionally, the Head of Product Marketing will work closely with the product and sales teams to refine our understanding of the addressable market, ensuring our offerings meet customer needs and market demands
  • This position is pivotal in aligning our marketing efforts with business objectives to drive growth and market leadership
  • MARKET RESEARCH & ANALYSIS: Conduct customer, market, pricing, and competitive research to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth
  • MESSAGING & POSITIONING: Craft compelling stories to communicate our vision of redefining the category of Loyalty & Promotions and connect our product with technical, marketing, and C-suite audiences. Partner with the existing PMM team to develop and evolve Talon.One’s messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials, especially for Sales, Success, and Product teams
  • PRODUCT INFLUENCE: Collaborate closely with the Product team to influence the product roadmap by providing market insights and customer feedback. Ensure product development aligns with market demands and opportunities. This includes leading market sizing projects and white-space analysis to identify strategic business opportunities and make prioritization recommendations
  • PRICING: Develop innovative, impactful pricing and packaging recommendations for new and existing products. Align the revenue organization behind these strategies, enabling field teams to leverage new pricing and programs
  • COMPETITIVE STRATEGY: Become an expert in competitive research, defining areas of strength and differentiation for Talon.One. Build sales plays that enable business growth and customer success
  • GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY: Leverage competitive insights to build and execute strategic sales plays in partnership with marketing and sales leaders. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives alongside the existing PMM team
  • STRATEGIC ENABLEMENT: Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure internal teams are enabled and that content reaches the right audiences
  • KPIS AND REPORTING: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of pricing strategies and product initiatives. Regularly present work and recommendations to the executive team to drive consensus and action across executive stakeholders

It demonstrates the flexibility of Talon.one as it collaborated effectively with various software companies, showcasing its extensive potential in promotion tools.
