Who you are

  • Previous experience as a solutions consultant, pre-sales consultant, or engineer, demonstrating a track record of leveraging a strong technical background to understand and explain complex solutions effectively
  • Passion for understanding and explaining complex solutions
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers
  • A keen listener, adept at asking insightful questions to uncover experience creator pain points and tailor solutions accordingly
  • A team player with a collaborative spirit, eager to support the success of the sales team
  • A love of learning – a willingness to stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies is key

What the job involves

  • Join our growing sales team as a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant and become the driving force behind bringing new creators in music, adventure travel, entertainment and activities to Easol
  • This is your chance to be the technical champion for our unique, customisable platform, tailored specifically to the evolving needs of experience creators
  • You'll play a vital role in identifying and capitalising on strategic business opportunities within the experience creator industry, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative strategies to drive growth and success for both our creators and Easol
  • Craft and deliver articulate, persuasive technical demos – both remotely and on-site – that highlight the distinctive value proposition of the Easol platform
  • Showcase how the Easol platform, including our amazing website builder and seamless paystack functionality, can elevate their events, excursions, and entertainment experiences to new heights, leaving a lasting impression on our creators’ customers
  • Partner closely with the sales team to understand experience creators’ needs and tailor presentations accordingly
  • Deep dive into product functionalities and prepare demonstrations that resonate with the specific challenges faced by potential experience creators
  • Identify and showcase commercial opportunities that Easol’s platform can unlock for new creators
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor landscapes to ensure our sales strategies remain cutting-edge
  • Collaborate with the customer success team for seamless handover and setting up of successful implementations post-sale, ensuring a smooth transition for experience creators onto the Easol platform
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure messaging aligns with target audiences
