  • Your goal is to provide customers with features that enable them to review, collaborate, and proactively manage a project's design documents (both 2D and 3D) to minimize rework and waste during construction
  • As a Product Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Director and Senior PM to align strategy, initiatives, and prioritizations for the BIM team
  • Additionally, this role will require significant cross-team collaboration, coordinating directly with both the Document Management and Platform teams to align cross-tool development and integrations

  • Become immersed in the construction industry, syncing with customers and prospects on a weekly basis, to understand the diverse challenges they face in order to guide your team in delivering the highest value for our customers and company
  • Balance customer empathy with horizontal solution thinking—recognize platform approaches that solve multiple problems at once, creating strategic leverage for Procore
  • Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process
  • Collaborate closely with go-to-market teams for marketing, pricing, and packaging alignment
