  • Willingness to travel up to 10%

What the job involves

  • The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will play a vital role in developing and deploying sales compensation strategies to accelerate Workiva’s growth
  • This person will develop and help manage sales compensation across our global organization, and will play an integral role in the administration of Xactly Incent and the related monthly processes
  • Be a vital part of the Sales Operations and Compensation team by supporting Workiva’s global sales compensation programs and 600+ payees
  • Participate in the administration of Xactly Incent and support the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of this solution
  • Conduct sophisticated analysis of data from multiple sources to build various compensation models. Design reports and tools to use in compensation-related analytics and dashboards
  • Assist in the preparation and data analysis for use in compensation committee meetings
  • Support the quarterly and semi-annual comp and quota planning, creation and issuance of compensation plans
  • Handle employee or stakeholder queries/issues and escalate them where appropriate
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests, familiarity with SOX controls and ASC 606 a plus
