What the job involves

  • You’ll be joining the Policy team in the Platform product group working on sensor configuration that drives much of our product line
  • We are both a product and internal service team, building features that are customer-facing as well as platforms and frameworks for internal engineering partner teams
  • Help lead and work on backend engineering efforts from rapid prototypes to large-scale applications across CrowdStrike products
  • Leverage and build cloud-based systems to detect targeted attacks and automate cyber threat intelligence at a global scale
  • Brainstorm, define, and build products and frameworks collaboratively with engineers and folks of all functions across multiple teams
  • Always be learning, raising the technical knowledge of the team, and considering the new technologies while balancing what’s most pragmatic
  • Be mentored by and mentor other developers on web, backend, data storage technologies, and our systems
  • Consistently re-evaluate our product to improve architecture, knowledge models, user experience, performance, testing, and stability
  • Be an energetic “self-starter” with the ability to take ownership and be accountable for deliverables and operational improvements
  • Use open-source software and give back to the open-source community
