Who you are

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Must have proficient recent experience using Greenhouse ATS in the last 12 months
  • 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience
  • Desire to learn, engage in recruitment processes, and grow career in Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with an ability to build partnerships and establish rapport and credibility at all levels
  • An ability to work independently to manage multiple ongoing projects and programs with high attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Exceptional ethics around confidentiality and highly sensitive information
  • Flexibility with change, and a “no job too small” mentality
  • High ethical standards and commitment to Roofstock’s core values
  • Experience working in G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Okta, Notion, and Macbook

What the job involves

  • Roofstock is seeking a talented and customer-obsessed contract Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator. The TA Coordinator will be supporting a team of 2-3 recruiters and reports to the Sr Manager of Recruiting. You will be involved in a wide variety of people and recruiting related projects bringing impeccable organization and detail orientation to the team
  • A main focus of this role will be to support the TA team with the coordination and scheduling of candidates while partnering both internally and externally with all stakeholders in the hiring process
  • As the company grows, and grows quickly, this role is critical to the success of the organization. The successful candidate will have impeccable communication skills and be able to uphold confidentiality
  • Own the interviewing scheduling process from start-to-finish
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition peers to ensure smooth and timely candidate experience
  • Juggle multiple calendars and support multiple searches and candidates at once
  • Communicate with all stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Become an expert in our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse
  • Support the maintenance and use of Greenhouse, in addition to the onboarding of hiring managers or Talent Acquisition Associates into the system
  • Support monthly recruiting reporting
  • Administer Predictive Index Behavioral assessments
  • Partner with T&C Admin to ensure efficiencies and standardization crosses across the T&C organization
  • Maintain recruitment and candidate records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with Recruiting and HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned
