Who you are
- Minimum of 7 years experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of leading successful performance marketing campaigns
- Minimum of 3 years experience leading multi-channel paid media campaigns with a proven track record of creative optimization responsibilities
- Brand and creative strategy experience preferred, ideally targeting creators, influencers, or related verticals
- Robust analytical skills and a knack for interpreting substantial amounts of data and turning them into growth opportunities
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills
- Experience assisting in the crafting of marketing messages for localized markets would be nice but not a requirement
- Adaptable, proactive, and ready to take on the fast-paced challenges of a growing tech environment
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Global Campaigns to join our team
- You will play a pivotal role in managing marketing initiatives across international markets, ensuring that each campaign not only reaches but also resonates with our diverse global audience
- Oversee marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they align with business objectives and target the right audience segments. Campaigns to support evergreen performance initiatives, product launches/upgrades, multi-channel brand campaigns, and more
- Analyze performance data to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and derive insights for optimization
- Test different marketing tactics to identify what works best, adjusting strategies accordingly
- Work closely with product/UX and customer success departments to ensure marketing efforts align with product updates, revenue goals, and customer needs
- Collaborate with brand, creative, and content teams to develop compelling advertising materials and ensure brand consistency
- Leverage customer data and market research to gain insights into consumer behavior and preferences
- Utilize marketing automation tools for personalized communication, lead nurturing, and improved campaign efficiency
- Create regular reports to update stakeholders on the progress and impact of marketing campaigns
