Who you are

  • If you're a self-starter with a consultative approach to selling and have a history of exceeding expectations, pitching sales to any audience, and cultivating great customer relationships, this job is for you

  • Background of attaining $600k+ in annual bookings + mid market sales
  • 7-8+ years of sales experience and a minimum of 5+ years selling SaaS
  • Have proven sales success selling to the C-Level in SMB and mid-market businesses
  • You are an exceptional written and spoken communicator
  • You are effectively lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously across partners with a high attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic about learning and growing in this space
  • Intellectually curious and ambitious
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other sales platforms
  • Bonus if you have experience in healthcare or life sciences

What the job involves

  • As an Account Executive, you are a key member of the team leading the growth of our business
  • You will be required to navigate and identify an organization's key decision-making criteria and buying process in order to effectively pitch and close key partners and decision makers
  • Drive a high volume of sales while educating customers on how Qualio can help them succeed
  • Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. High degree of organization required
  • Develop consultative sales presentations to demonstrate our value proposition
  • Identify and navigate customer buying processes within customer organizations
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts
  • Work with our Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to create the best customer experience

Our take

The creation, transportation, and ultimately dispatch of pharmaceutical products can be complex, often using outdated technologies and prone to errors that can be hard to trace. Qualio understood the urgent need for life science businesses to have a fast, error-free, and safe process of products and services from beginning to end, and with this in mind, its cloud-based quality management system for life sciences was created.

Qualio’s system solves the problem of data fragmentation by bringing it all together in the cloud and automating quality checks which are inserted into every step, from the manufacturing processes to the delivery of medication.

Qualio isn’t the first such system on the market. There are other options available such as Greenlight Guru and ETQ Reliance, however, Qualio has been rated by Q2 as the easiest to setup and the easiest to use, a potentially very important factor when you consider the scale of many life science businesses that operate internationally. Qualio has 250 customers and is growing at around 300% per year, the company is using its most recent funding round to aid this growth by hiring more staff and investing in its software infrastructure.
