Who you are

  • The main thing is business acumen (especially experience at a scrappy startup), coupled with technical aptitude (especially automation)

  • Technical knowledge meets business acumen : you know your way around APIs, webhooks, data migrations, customer objectives, and deadlines (or you’re a fast learner technically, with strong commercial/consulting credentials)
  • Problem solver: you're structured, you like logical challenges, and also know when you're heading down a rabbit hole (it happens!)
  • French speaker: you can engage fluently with French-speaking customers on business and technical matters
  • If you are an over-performer and the 'go-to' person in your team; then you'll fit right in here

What the job involves

  • Work with sales to build a POC for the C-suite at an EduTech company, teasing the most insightful metrics dashboard they've ever seen
  • Help a FinTech startup struggling with data across many systems sync their data seamlessly into Planhat
  • Take a PropTech company's key processes from spreadsheets and forms into Planhat, not only designing automation steps, but also flagging churn risk and identifying growth opportunities
  • Successful TAMs have numerous career path opportunities. Senior leadership roles, international expansions, switching departments (product, support); as well as driving strategic projects

The Sweden-based but globally remote startup provides a modern customer platform that helps clients analyse insights regarding their target audience, manage workflow and drive customer experience.

Planhat distinguishes itself from other customer success software like Salesforce and Totango through its rapid deployment and easy adoption. The platform provides a wide range of solutions, from customizable customer health score to management reporting and CSM team performance. It's been taken up by thousands of teams globally and its corporate customers include the likes of Consensys, Alation and Adenza.

Initially a bootstrapped company, Planhat had already built a significant business by the time it closed its first investment round in 2022, a Series A.
