Desirable

• We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Technical Writer, detail-oriented and results-driven to join the DX team
• You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our documentation, including the roadmap
• Own and manage Tyk's documentation quality and effectiveness and overall design
• Create user-centric technical content (guides, best practices, feature documentation)
• Test products to write new content and improve existing materials
• Automate and improve the documentation publishing process to increase speed, reduce errors, reduce frictions, and minimize human intervention that slows us down
• Identify and address content gaps to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Help create and maintain a quarterly documentation roadmap
• Maintain docs guidelines and standards (style guide, ToV, etc.)
• Lead continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, compliance, legal, marketing)
