What the job involves

  • Dive Deep troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems across various technologies to perform root cause analysis
  • Create and update engineering or customer-facing documentation
  • Develop runbooks, or build tools, used by customers or other Support Team members
  • Identify customer pain points, raising concerns with engineering, to implement support improvement opportunities
  • Completing projects to improve API solutions reliability
  • Solutions Reliability Engineering SRE provides proactive quality focused responsibilities for our data products and to ensure customer confidence in our SP-API (Selling Partner API) developer experience
