Role
Who you are
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification in Business Analysis is a plus
What the job involves
- As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements
- Analyze and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Propose and design innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity
- Conduct research and gather data to support business decisions
- Create detailed business requirements documents and translate them into functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes, systems, or tools
- Perform user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes or systems
