Role
Who you are
- Proven client services background working within a fast-paced demanding environment
- Proven onboarding experience gained in a similar environment
- Experience within implementation, transfers, client contracts or client transitioning
- Dealt with Investment management agreements
- Ideally worked in an Investment Bank or Asset Management environment
- Confident and articulate communication skills
What the job involves
- As a Client Services and Derivatives Onboarding Specialist you will be the central point of contact for all aspects of client on- boarding/account opening and aligned with clients or specific sales desks, to ensure an effective and smooth on-boarding process
- Liaising extensively with sales teams, front office and other key stakeholders and team coordinating any onboarding requests
- Responsible for onboarding new clients and understanding their requirements
- Oversee onboarding process and deal with any issues
- Work closely with sales teams
- Understanding various compliance rules and regulations and working through changing market environments to ensure smooth continuity of business
