Who you are
- Proficient in Python and other programming languages
- Experienced in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning
- Familiar with credit scoring models and risk assessment (a plus)
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with good teamwork abilities
- Capable of working independently in a remote setting
What the job involves
- We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Data Scientists to join our Credit Modelling team
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative credit scoring models for small and medium enterprises (SMEs)
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our models are robust, accurate, and aligned with business objectives
- Develop, implement, and maintain credit scoring models for the SME segment
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform model development
- Collaborate with risk management and business teams to ensure model alignment with business objectives
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve modeling techniques continuously
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely
