Role
Who you are
- We are looking for an experienced Senior System and Network Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining infrastructures focusing on Terraform and Ansible automation
- Expertise in Terraform and/or Ansible automation
- Expert level in Kafka, Redis and/or Rabbitmq (anyone of them is enough)Expert in Network / System (DNS/Process/Disk/Network/Memory)
- Basic knowledge in cloud (GCP/AWS/OVH)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar for automation tasks
- Strong experience in system and network management, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and monitoring
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for deployment and management
- Proven track record in installation, setup, and configuration of high availability, secure, and resilient hosting facilities in 24/7 production environments
- In-depth understanding of infrastructure design
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and services
What the job involves
- In this role, you will be crucial in managing our architecture, ensuring optimal performance, and hosting components for all applications, primarily on OVH and GCP
- Architect, build and maintain scalable and efficient system and network platforms using Terraform and Ansible
- Monitor and optimize performance to ensure high availability and reliability using Datadog
- Manage and maintain system and network part deployment solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hosting requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Implement automation for deployment pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Diagnose and resolve system and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, processes, and procedures
