Who you are
- 2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance work environment, preferably in a support/operations role
- Consulting experience from Top consulting firms (preferably McKinsey, Deloitte Consulting, BCG etc.) required
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as collaborate effectively with teams
- Adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment
- Unwavering commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), management, or a related field required
What the job involves
- The Biz Ops Analyst is a critical support role, working closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, manage projects, and ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization
- Serve as the CEO's right hand, providing support in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives
- Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings, presentations, and events, including conducting research, creating briefing materials, and managing logistics
- Assist in managing the CEO's calendar, prioritizing appointments and ensuring effective time management
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration
- Coordinate and manage high-priority projects, ensuring timely completion and effective cross-functional teamwork
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and internal metrics to identify opportunities and potential challenges, providing insights to the CEO
- Assist in drafting and reviewing correspondence, reports, and other written materials on behalf of the CEO
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO as needed
