• One World are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to develop and implement projects both internally within the business and externally with our customers, partners and suppliers
• Establish and document the Project Initiation Documentation (PID), including the project plan, business case, and approach
• Establish project baselines for scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and benefits
• Work with project owners to understand the project overview, dependencies, milestones, risks etc
• Create stage plans and work packages for each project phase
• Ensures the appropriate skills and team members are allocated to the project and establishes clear roles, responsibilities and accountability
• Keep project logs and registers (issues, risks, lessons learned, daily log) updated
• Prepare and present highlight reports to the Project Board
• Identify and escalate issues, risks, or changes needing approval
