What the job involves

  • We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Cross-Ops Business Operations Manager to join our team
  • This role is critical for driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives across multiple departments
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals
  • Analyze business performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements
  • Identify and address operational risks and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Collect and analyze data to provide insights into business operations
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance and project progress
  • Utilize data to forecast business trends and inform decision-making
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement standardized operating processes and best practices across departments
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects from conception to completion
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals
  • Provide visibility to senior management on project status and updates
  • You'll report to: Chief of Staff to COO
  • Team: Operations - Executive Team
