Role
Who you are
- Extensive experience in software development, with a strong background in building scalable, high-performance mobile/web platforms
- Proven track record of technical leadership and project management in a dynamic development environment
- Expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, microservices architectures, and containerization
- Strong understanding of content management systems, digital media publishing, and online monetization strategies
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- In this pivotal role, you will be leading the core engineering effort to bring our next-generation content platform to life
- This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead the technical direction of a platform that will shape the future of digital content creation, distribution, and monetization
- Technical Leadership: Drive the technical roadmap and architecture for the content platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Lead the development team in implementing cutting-edge technologies and practices
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Manager to align the technical vision with business goals and user needs. Facilitate a seamless workflow between the engineering team and cross-functional partners
- Innovation: Champion innovation by exploring and integrating advanced technologies and methodologies that enhance the platform's capabilities. Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the team
- Engineering Excellence: Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and support. Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality product delivery
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-caliber engineering team. Promote professional growth and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges with innovative solutions. Drive decision-making processes that affect the platform's architecture and performance
