  • 3+ years experience in B2B saas sales management
  • Experience leading Sales Reps
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching and guiding teams to success
  • A hunter mentality, coupled with a strong sales acumen and eagerness to learn
  • Located in Toronto, Canada

What the job involves

  • Empower your team to meet or exceed monthly targets and forecast with accuracy
  • Our team is expanding and consists of dedicated individuals who strive to improve their skills every day. You will be responsible for coaching and developing the Account Executives through training sessions, one-on-one meetings, role plays, and deal strategy sessions
  • Identify, develop, and lead talent, including hiring and building a best-in-class team
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally to provide insight to internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Success supporting product roadmap development
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance processes, efficiency, and productivity
  • Continue to build, enhance, and scale processes
  • 90% of your week should be spent coaching sales reps to our coaching process and philosophy
