What the job involves

  • As a Senior IT Operations Specialist you will ensure seamless IT operations, providing technical support to enhance employee productivity
  • You will manage IT issues, maintain office equipment, and implement technology strategies
  • Additionally, you will build scalable processes, systems, and vendor networks to support growth and international presence
  • Technical Support: Solve immediate IT needs/issues, including macOS troubleshooting, app access, and connectivity issues
  • Equipment Management: Ensure all office equipment (e.g., TVs, laptops, Wi-Fi, mainframe, servers, routers, etc) are functioning correctly and maintained regularly
  • Communication Setup: Set up and manage connections between office TVs and create a portal for inter-office communication
  • Access Management: Manage access to apps and documents, resolving any access-related issues
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Develop a tech stack strategy for onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring seamless integration of systems
  • Physical Framework Maintenance: Maintain the efficiency and quality of the physical office setup, ensuring all equipment is connected and operational

Streamlining all back of house operations into one platform is a shrewd move, as hotel managers often have to micro-manage multiple booking channels. Amenitiz’s offering also integrates with a hotel or B&B’s Property Management System (PMS), which is certainly a well-considered feature.

There’s little doubt that Amenitiz’s package solves plenty of problems and, with strong funding at its back, growth should be on the horizon. The company has intentions to use its most recent funding to expand into more European markets, launch more products, and grow its team.
