Who you are

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/Powerpoint, with the capability to manipulate/analyse data for presenting sales, forecasting, stock holdings, etc
  • Exceptional ability to think strategically, execute flawlessly, and conduct insightful data analysis to pinpoint areas of opportunity and deliver sales-driving initiatives
  • Bar raising time management skills coupled with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Robust work ethic and an eagerness to advance professionally
  • Incredible attention to detail, especially in data analysis and customer communications
  • Experience in Seller and/or Vendor Central, either representing a brand or running your own Amazon business (preferred)
  • Experienced in Amazon file uploads and understanding of listing best practices (preferred)

What the job involves

  • The Ecommerce Specialist is a crucial member of SharkNinja's European team. Your main responsibility will be supporting the Amazon EU Account and collaborating with various teams within the company
  • You'll also support the Key Account Manager with the P&L and JBP negotiations. This role offers opportunities to work with diverse teams in the UK and regionally, providing insights into SharkNinja broader operations as we expand across the globe
  • Boost Sales: Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product development, brand marketing, supply chain, finance etc.) to develop a clear winning Amazon strategy
  • Coordination with EU9 Sales and Marketing Teams: Ensuring that the sales and marketing teams are aligned with strategy. This involves regular communication, providing launch dates, product information and content
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking the performance of launch activities and providing regular reports to the management team. This includes metrics like sales numbers, customer feedback, and supply chain metrics
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keeping stakeholders informed about the progress of Amazon accounts activities, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
  • Data entry into required systems and reports (with direction from the sales team)
  • Supporting with Promotional planning process and post-promotion analysis
  • Take responsibility for achieving excellent levels of delivery of all tasks requested and excellent customer service/customer satisfaction when dealing with Amazon, both internally and externally
  • Attend all appropriate sales and customer meetings
