Who you are

  • We are looking for a highly driven and motivated individual who can drive our client agenda forward
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a relationship management payments role; managing tier 1 enterprise, strategic clients
  • 10+ years’ experience building, running, and managing teams in an organisation that is scaling
  • Strong track record of client retention and identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Interested in people development and investing in personal development, coaching, experience doing so
  • Payments experience required with an ability to consult and advise clients on many facets of the payments ecosystem
  • Work to targets and metrics set by leadership, developing a path to number
  • Exceptional communicator, written and verbal with an additional language desirable

What the job involves

  • The VP of Relationship Management will be responsible for the management and growth of the Nuvei ecommerce client portfolio in Europe
  • It is a highly strategic, key leadership role within our company, with the goal of maximising and optimising our client service levels
  • The successful candidate will report in the SVP Commercial for Europe and will be responsible for development and execution of our customer success strategy
  • The individual will manage a team of relationship managers to ensure that we are meeting our clients where they need to be, delivering on our commitments and maximising our revenue
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals
  • Lead a team of strategic relationship managers, focused on growing our client’s business
  • Support the relationship management team to grow and undertake creative concepts to promote client retention
  • Serve as an advisor to our customers, leveraging payments and industry knowledge to proactively consult with and provide guidance to our clients
  • Build business cases with clients and guide their decision-making process
  • Ensure that the Nuvei Service model evolves with our clients, and we expand our support as our business grows
  • Be a key stakeholder in product strategy, work closely with our Product teams to help influence our new product developments based on customer needs
  • Build an “above and beyond” culture, where we consistently exceed the expectations of our clients, learning through feedback and listening to our clients
  • Identify improvements to existing systems/products & processes as well as opportunities for new services
  • Action and execute disciplined and responsible budgeting forecasting of our portfolio
  • Identify new opportunities to increase our share of wallet within our client portfolio
  • Consult with the management team on risks, opportunities and performance outlook for our business
