Who you are

  • Your extensive knowledge of commercial premises offerings, ideally within broadcasting will be key in developing strategies that make DAZN the go-to challenger sports service for commercial venues in France
  • Adept at identifying new business and revenue-driving opportunities, with a strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skill set to develop commercial partnerships
  • Fluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken. Ideally based in a key hub/city within France, Paris or surrounding area
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional collaboration—confidently working with a variety of internal teams from product to marketing to establish a B2B product playbook
  • Strong leadership presence in an international environment, with the ability to define market-specific product needs and work effectively with B2B teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to plan, set goals, prioritize, and deliver results within tight timelines
  • Passion for innovation, bringing your own initiatives and ideas to drive growth backed by data and insights

What the job involves

  • With your background in broadcasting and working with commercial partners, this is a unique global role with huge responsibility for the overall B2B offering –fast-tracking growth across the France market
  • In this role you’ll get to work with central commercial premises teams, leading on developing the go-to-market strategy for France and supporting its execution – creating the whole playbook from marketing and sales best practices through to building the right product proposition
  • As part of the central function, you’ll be the key link to our product and tech teams to drive the B2B product development based on local market needs
  • As the Commercial Premises Manager for France, you will be instrumental in shaping DAZN’s market strategy, driving innovation, and contributing to the growth of our B2B business within one of Europe’s key markets
  • This is a unique role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering you the chance to make a significant impact on how DAZN delivers live sports to commercial venues across France
  • Develop and implement a playbook for DAZN’s commercial premises offering in France, ensuring best practices and a seamless rollout for the market
  • Lead the charge on delivering against clear commercial growth targets for the French market, driving DAZN’s strategic partnerships including resellers, telecoms, transport, and hospitality
  • Define the business requirements for product and tech teams to create a commercially driven roadmap that meets the unique needs of the French market
  • Ensure DAZN’s B2B product(s) penetrate all viable venue types, supporting DAZN verticals and driving new revenue streams through an innovative approach
  • Oversee the consolidation of monthly reporting, ensuring that the business unit is consistently meeting growth targets, while clearly communicating progress
  • Define and drive the business requirements on B2B fraud and piracy through multi partner collaboration and commitment
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver an impactful marketing, PR, and promotional plan for Commercial Premises in France
  • Champion DAZN’s commitment to continuous improvement, driving growth and revolutionizing the delivery of live sports to out-of-home audiences in France

DAZN is a sports streaming subscription service providing full coverage of every game in a league, with commentary from the home country it’s being shown in.

Referred to as the "Netflix of sport", DAZN has pursued an aggressive strategy of buying up popular, undervalued sports rights and launched quickly into new markets since launching in 2016. This has meant they were able to monopolise the television rights for combat sports like boxing and NFL. They now stream nearly 1 billion hours of live sport every year.
