What the job involves

  • The Talent Access Coordinator provides crucial support to the Global Talent Access (TA) Team
  • This role involves a variety of tasks, including interview scheduling, collaborating with hiring teams, updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), administering background checks, and managing candidate pre-onboarding
  • As an integral member of the SharkNinja team, the TA Coordinator ensures a 5-STAR candidate experience
  • Collaborate with and provide support to TA Partners and hiring managers
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates, TA Partners, and hiring managers regarding process, scheduling, and logistics
  • Assist with travel arrangements and reimbursements for candidates
  • Manage pre-hire onboarding administration
  • Coordinate all background check processes and ensure all required paperwork is accurate and included in personnel records
  • Work with Human Resources, Hiring Managers, TA Partners, Corporate Services (Facilities), and IT to ensure successful new hire pre-onboarding
  • Communicate with candidates including sending new hire announcements and updates
  • Support onsite interviews by greeting and escorting candidates during their interview day
  • Assist with New Employee Orientation as needed
  • Always maintain an exceptional level of absolute confidentiality

SharkNinja’s main challenge is facing down big-name competitors such as home appliance giant Dyson. In fact, through innovative design, it seized the market-leading spot in traditional vacuums from Dyson and is only second to iRobot in sales of robotic models. A 2023 IPO saw an extra $296 million in funding added to SharkNinja's pot and was followed by product launches in new sectors such as air conditioning and food cooling, indicating that the company is still full of new product ideas.
