Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on implementing customer projects
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory
  • Have good knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Stack

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a skilled customer facing consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be working within the customer success team to implement the product with our customers
  • You will be expected to lead the customer through the implementation phase together with your customer success manager, from inception/solution to project closure
  • As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment of CluedIn for our customers
  • You will be the technical lead throughout the entire customer journey, from installation to go-live, ensuring value is delivered efficiently and effectively
  • Task Management & Communication: Proactively communicate task status and updates on customer projects, ensuring stakeholders are informed throughout the process
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a daily touchpoint, working closely with the customer’s team. You will be responsible for guiding the technical implementation of CluedIn, ensuring the customer receives the best solution possible
  • Value Delivery & Use Case Identification: Understand the customer’s critical path to value with CluedIn and identify opportunities for additional use cases that can enhance their experience
  • Solution Design & Documentation: Collaborate with the customer to document the solution design and define both functional and technical requirements. Ensure the solution is aligned with best practices and the customer’s needs
  • Customization & Configuration: Tailor CluedIn’s platform based on specific customer requirements and use cases, ensuring the solution fits seamlessly into their existing environment
  • Best Practice Guidance: Provide expert guidance on best practices for deploying, maintaining, and scaling CluedIn within the customer’s infrastructure
  • Product Feedback & Influence: Liaise with the product team to communicate customer feedback, influencing the product roadmap and ensuring continuous improvement of the platform
  • Continuous Learning & Upskilling: Take ownership of your professional development by staying up-to-date with the latest CluedIn product features and underlying technologies to provide the best possible service

Cluedin is a modern data management platform that aims to facilitate the procedure of making data ready for insights, helping enterprises easily access data that is scattered across their company. The company allows their customers to integrate over 600+ sources of data using a graph database to infer connectivity from the data source.

Cluedin already has customers in a range of verticals including Nordea, SAP, and Ticketmaster and is currently focused on increasing its customer base in the US market. The founding team is made up of engineers from Sitecore who aim to use their experience to scale the company further.
