Role

Who you are

  • 10+ years in a product management or advertising technology measurement, or digital advertising TV role in an industry leading company
  • Keen interest and deep understanding of the ad technology landscape
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Something about a track record of being able to successfully work directly with both internal and external stakeholders
  • A track record of making significant, self-directed, and end-to-end contributions to large and impactful software projects
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Great written and spoken communication skills; ability to speak to both business and technical audiences
  • Intellectual curiosity, passion for learning new technology, able to grasp market trends
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross functional, end to end business success of a product offering
  • Experienced in lean, agile, iterative product development, with an emphasis on achieving business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation within a measurement business - an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive business decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical domain (information systems, computer science, or any other engineering or scientific domain)
  • MBA - an advantage
  • Some international travel required
  • This is a hybrid position in our New York City office and with an in office presence 2 days a week

What the job involves

  • In this role, you will report to SVP and own the current and next generation of Innovid measurement solutions
  • Evolve and execute product strategy for the company's offerings related to awareness measurement
  • Help guide strategic direction for development of existing outcomes measurement solutions to expand Innovid’s competitive advantage in moni-channel measurement product
  • Identify new opportunities for product monetization as well as enable further growth of existing awareness product line
  • Collaborate with global product peers
  • Leverage existing data assets and identify partnership and integrations to grow data assets. Influence pricing, packaging, go to market, and sales playbooks for Innovid measurement products
  • Work closely with business development to pursue high-value partnerships
  • Partner with a global, dedicated engineering team to design and build measurement & solutions that align with market needs and client expectations
  • Educate Innovid on industry trends and advancements related to user measurement, identity, privacy, and data management
  • Take an active role in transforming the TV industry on a global scale
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Our take

In 2007, Innovid's founders Zvika, Tal, and Zack came together to make digital video do more. Digital was on the rise, and it was time for video to step up. Two years later, Innovid filed the first patent to insert interactive objects into video. Since then, it has evolved to run as an independent advertising and measurement platform for the world's largest brands.

Innovid runs data-driven creative delivered on all channels (from connected TVs and mobile devices to social channels like Facebook and YouTube), and 3rd party measurement through its media-agnostic platform. It also works with the industry to help advertisers scale how they create, deliver and measure ads across different platforms.

Innovid has struck up partnerships with great companies already, which is a good sign of its ability to win big contracts; it has worked with 1,000 of the world’s largest brands. It is also continually innovating; in 2022 it has launched a TV measurement platform, InnovidXP, for converged TVs.
