What the job involves

  • Working Day and Time: 9am-6pm/10am-7pm Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday (advanced day in Lieu for Saturday work)
  • Customer Service and Fostering Relationships: Build strong connections with landlords and tenants to ensure our scheduled events are executed flawlessly
  • Scheduling: Organise and coordinate schedules for our Sales Associates, and manage all calendar events seamlessly
  • Customer Communication: Keep our customers always informed with the latest and most relevant information regarding their appointments
  • Maximizing Viewings: Proactively seek opportunities to increase the number of property viewings facilitated by our Sales Team
  • Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits to keep our system updated with accurate property and access provider information
  • Timely Updates: Ensure Sales Associates, renters, and landlords are promptly informed of any changes

The company positions itself as the only online estate agency in the UK that offers a premium service akin to a high-end traditional estate agent for a significantly lower fee.

Its operating model is driven by data analytics and technology, with better efficiencies and lower costs. The company’s proprietary online platform allows landlords to manage their properties from marketing to move-in and provides an unbiased and professional service to tenants who are digitally enabled for their convenience.

Several more upmarket and lower-fee competitors already occupy the property-tech space.
